I’m Allie Verdery,
and I’m running
for Centerton
City Council.
Meet Allie Verdery
Centerton is more than the place my family calls home. It’s the community where my husband and I are raising our children, building our future, and investing in the city we love.
For more than 12 years, I’ve watched Centerton grow from a small town into one of the most exciting and fastest growing communities in Arkansas. Like many families, we chose Centerton because of its strong sense of community, excellent schools, and incredible potential. Today, I’m running for City Council because I want to help ensure that growth is managed responsibly while preserving the qualities that make our city special.
Many know me as The Blue Haired Broker, but before real estate, I built my career in marketing and advertising, working alongside some of the largest employers and suppliers in Northwest Arkansas. That experience taught me how strong communities create strong economies, how thoughtful planning drives sustainable growth, and how a clear identity helps cities stand out and thrive.
“My commitment to Centerton extends far beyond my profession.”
For years, I’ve attended City Council and Planning Commission meetings, followed development projects, studied infrastructure challenges, participated in community discussions, and invested my time in understanding the decisions that shape our future. I’ve spent countless evenings doing the homework, asking questions, listening to residents, and learning how our city operates because I believe effective leadership starts long before Election Day.
I was also proud to play a role in shaping Centerton’s new community brand, helping find the balance between honoring our history and embracing our future. That experience reinforced what I already knew: Centerton’s greatest strength is its people, and our future should be built around preserving that sense of community.
I believe Centerton can be more than a bedroom community of Bentonville. We have the opportunity to create a stronger identity of our own while continuing to support responsible growth, invest in infrastructure, attract new opportunities, and build a city where families want to live, work, and stay for generations.
I’ve spent years preparing for this role. I’ve done the homework. I’ve shown up. And I’m ready to serve.
I would be honored to earn your vote for Centerton City Council.
